  • Refunds & Exchanges
    We have a 30-day return policy. Which means we will accept returns for 30 days from the delivery date of your order. However, products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange: Item(s) must be in original, unopened, brand new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase. Any damage to products must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery. Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot, under any circumstance, accept products for return that have been used. Products are not eligible for return after 30 days. How to return a product. Contact our TAVO Support Team through our website or email us here and let us know your order number and the reason for your return and a photo to prove the product is new and unused. Pack the item(s) in the box and packaging that you received, print the shipping label and secure the label to the box. The box can be dropped off at your nearest postal office. A refund will be issued once the returned item has arrived at our facility. At our discretion, we reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the foregoing requirements. We would also like to take the time to help troubleshoot any issues you might be having with our supplements/products or with reaching your wellness goals. Still need help?   • How do I create an account?
    If you did not create an account with your initial purchase, no worries! You can easily create one by going to the log-in button at the top right hand side of our page. You will want to be sure you use the same email address you ordered with though!
